By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Shell Infrastructure Private Limited develops and publishes digital products and services, including mobile applications available through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. License to use the Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal or internal business purposes as intended by each product. You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
- Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services
- Bypass security, usage limits, or access controls
- Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to them
4. Accounts and user content
Some Services may allow you to create an account, save preferences, or upload content. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you provide. You must not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates applicable law. We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, our Services, or legal compliance.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and purchases
Certain Services may offer paid features, one-time purchases, or auto-renewable subscriptions (including free trials that convert to paid subscriptions).
- Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms. Payment, billing, renewal, and refunds are primarily governed by the applicable store’s terms and policies.
- If you start a free trial that converts to an auto-renewable subscription, the subscription may renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or as otherwise required by the platform).
- Subscription fees, billing periods (for example monthly or annual), and included features are shown in the applicable product’s store listing and/or in-app purchase screen at the time of purchase.
- To manage or cancel an Apple subscription, use your Apple ID subscription settings, or follow Apple’s guidance: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039
- To manage or cancel a Google Play subscription, use Google Play subscription settings.
Unless required by law or platform policy, fees are generally non-refundable once charged. Platform refund decisions are controlled by Apple or Google, as applicable.
6. Advertising
Free versions of our Services may display advertisements. Paid subscriptions or in-app purchases may remove or reduce ads where expressly stated for that product. Ad partners may collect or receive certain device/usage information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Shell Infrastructure Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
8. Third-party services
Our Services may integrate or link to third-party services (for example payment platforms, analytics, advertising, maps, media, or cloud providers). We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
9. Privacy

10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that results obtained from use will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shell Infrastructure Private Limited and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or if you paid nothing, a nominal amount permitted by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shell Infrastructure Private Limited from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
14. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at https://shellinfra.com/tos.html with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
