This Policy applies to all Services operated by Shell Infrastructure Private Limited, including mobile apps published under our developer accounts on platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and our company websites.

Depending on the Service you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

Some apps may request access to device features needed for functionality, for example:
- Photos / media library (to play, import, or manage user media)
- Files / storage (to import or export files)
- Microphone or camera (only if a feature requires them)
- Local network / Wi‑Fi related features (for example local file transfer)
- Notifications (if you enable push notifications)
- Tracking / ATT permission on iOS (only if requested for personalized ads or measurement)
We only access these resources when the product needs them and, where required, after you grant permission. You can change permissions in your device settings.
3.4 Purchase and subscription information
If you make in-app purchases or subscriptions, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status, product identifiers, and entitlement information from the store or subscription management providers (for example to unlock premium features or remove ads).

5. Advertising
Free versions of our apps may display ads served by third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdMob and related mediation partners). These partners may collect or receive device and usage information, including advertising identifiers, to show ads, measure performance, and prevent fraud.
On iOS, personalized tracking (if used) is subject to Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can limit ad tracking in device settings. Paid subscriptions may remove or reduce ads where that benefit is stated for the product.
6. Analytics
We may use analytics tools (such as Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase and similar services) to understand how Services are used, improve quality, and measure feature adoption. These tools may collect device and event data as described by the provider.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, analytics, crash reporting, ads, subscription validation)
- Platform providers such as Apple and Google for distribution, payments, and store requirements
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
